The latest fuel index levels in the weeks ending 6 April 2007
and 13 April 2007 have reached 369 and 375 respectively. According
to the surcharge mechanism, when the index level goes above the
365 trigger point for two consecutive weeks, BAR CSC airlines
will levy a fuel surcharge as follows:
