For the third time in a row, the Fuel Price
Index levels have dipped. In the weeks ending Nov. 18, 2005
and Nov. 11, 2005, the index dropped to 312 and 319 respectively.
According to the fuel surcharge mechanism, when the index
goes below the trigger point 320 for two consecutive weeks,
the fuel surcharge will be lowered as follows:
