The Hong Kong Shippers' Council, with the support of the Logistics Development Council (LOGSCOUNCIL), has launched the Diesel Discount Project as a form of operational assistance to SMEs in these pressing economic times. The scheme basically will entitle Caltex card holders to a $2.3 per litre discount on all diesel fuel purchases.

Air cargo at HKIA sets new record in May, up 41.9%
Cargo tonnage at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) reached a record high monthly total of 367,000 tonnes in May, up 41.9% year on year.  The speedy and significant recovery in cargo traffic at HKIA further lends support to HKIA's status as the world's busiest international air cargo centre.

 
   

Air Cargo Fuel Surcharge
Due to drop in the cargo fuel index in the past two weeks, Cathay Pacific Airways, Dragonair and other airlines have applied to adjust the cargo fuel surcharge downwards from the existing
